Our Services

Private Instruction

A private session involves a one on one meeting that ensures the ultimate in care and attention in a supportive environment. Our facility requires all new clients receive a firm foundation in the fundamentals of Pilates by completing an initial amount of private lessons before transitioning to group apparatus classes. We strongly adhere to this policy for the safety of our students. Our facility offers 55minute customized training sessions using spring resistance of the Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, Ladder Barrel and Chair. Pilates equipment is a great way to exercise while taking advantage of the resistance training of springs and straps!

Duet Instruction

A ‘duet’ session involves 2 students working with an Instructor. In each case, lessons are conducted in a supportive environment and can utilize both apparatus and mat repertoire. Duet and lessons are an opportunity to share the cost of Pilates training with another person. Duets are excellent for increasing the bond between two people such as a husband and wife, father and son, mother and daughter, or best friends or significant others. Research shows people are more successful with their fitness routines when they work with a “buddy” or in a group. So grab a friend or family member and let SPY Pilates help you achieve your fitness goals!

Group Apparatus Classes

A group apparatus class includes from 6 people that offers a group dynamic and utilizes Reformer, Tower apparatus and Mat repertoire. The group is an opportunity to create community with others with similar interests, greater support from participants, and sharing the cost further decreasing the cost of participation.

Pilates Tower Classes

In addition to private and duet sessions we also offer group reformer, tower and mat classes that range from beginner to advanced levels, using props such as circles, weighted fitness balls, stability balls, and more! Group classes include up to 6 people. This is an economical and fun way to add to your weekly experience.
