HOW TO GET STARTED?
Get started with your initial assesment
Our initial consultation allow us to asses your movement patterns and asymmetries with a keen eye and therefore devise a movement program to best fit your individual body and individual goals. These initial sessions also allow you to become comfortable with the various equipment used in our studio as well as act as a base from which we can help you build/rebuild a loving relationship with your own body. Your initial consultation will become the basis of your Pilates movement practice and you will be given personalized one-on-one attention from your instructor during this 30 min free session. Before your first class/session
Feel free to give us a call or drop us an email to discuss any questions or problems you may have either about your body, our sessions or what services to book into. We want you to feel comfortable before you even set foot in our door and we value the relationships we build with our clients, so call, email and ask away – we are here to help! All sessions must be booked, either by scheduling online or on the MindBody App, or giving us a call or a email and we will book it in for you. Once you are all booked in, please arrive at least 10 minutes early so you can get comfortable in our space and ask us as many questions at your heart desires.

Before attending your first class
Please download and sign our student waiver before coming to your first class. If you are under 18 years old you will need to have it signed by parent or guardian.
